This Cab Franc is a bit on the shy side at first. It's not hitting you in the face with high alcohol; instead, it's laid-back, with a restrained style. The tannins are decent, and what really stands out is that awesome minerality and touch of salinity. However, give it just a few hours to open up and you've got a well adjusted masterpiece and we hope that you will enjoy it as much as we did.
