Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc lift and brighten the Viognier, which can sometimes feel a bit heavy when standing alone. Aromas of honeysuckle lead into subtle viscosity from the Viognier balanced by crisp acidity from the Sauvignon Blanc. The result is a fresh, vibrant wine with a clean, refreshing finish. The cool 2023 vintage and extended hang time into late October helped preserve brightness while allowing full flavor development.
