If you love the 2018 Brut, you will undoubtedly love the Reserve! Crafted in the traditional méthode champenoise, and sourced entirely from our Laurel Hill Vineyard, this blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir was aged en tirage for six years.

It shows an elegant pink-beige hue from extended aging and features exceptionally tiny, persistent bubbles. Aromas and flavors reveal strawberry, raspberry, and the signature Laurel Hill Vineyard apple character. A touch of vanilla and a lively, bubbly texture to round out the palate.
