By joining the Mayo Family Winery Cellar Club I agree to the following:
I am at least 21 years of age.
I authorize Mayo Family Winery to charge my credit card on file for each wine club shipment.
A minimum one year membership commitment, equal to two two shipments.
Cancellation before the minimum commitment will result in my account being charged for the discounts already received.
Cancellation of the wine club must be submitted via email to info@mayofamilywinery.com
In the unlikely event of damages to my merchandise in transit, I am responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or other transit company)
Members who have elected to pick up the cellar club shipment(s) at one of our locations are responsible for doing so within 30 days.
Wines not picked up within the 30 days could be subject to vintage and varietal change.
Any shipments that require rerouting during transit are subject to a $25 fee.
Someone over the age of 21 must be available to sign for wine shipments.
